"We done it before but can't be done ever again"
Absolutely horrible and long painful experience. These people do not fallow or understand any of customer wishes.
I ordered a baseball cap to embroidery with my 3 designs. Front side and the back. I included specific and detailed explanation of the designs placement, fond and the colour. I was dealing with lady called Alice Edwards. After many more emails and 3 caps done wrong where she couldn't place the back design to the correct position her supervisor Down Foster took over and after a long month I was finally happy with the results.
Few months later I ordered same cap with exactly same designs with one little change and simple beanie with only one design. And here problem started. Alice Edwards was not able to do simple changes on the design and it took 3 tryes to get it right despite the instructions was really clear . I thought the rest 2 designs will be easy because the done it before. When I received the cap the side design was on a wrong side of the cap and the back design was too high even they did it before and we had exactly same issue. When I complained Alice Edwards sad she is not sure it can be done . How ? They did it before.She as well suggested to cance the order several times which I refused and ask to pass the tasks to her supervisor which done it before . That never happened for some reason. As well I asked Alice to send me pictures of the cap before sending it over to me to save go custom money for delivery and returns. Thursday evening I reviewed emal from FedEx the delivery is on its way. And Friday,one day late with delivery in transit morning I reviewed pictures. When I looked at the pictures I seen not only mistakes I mentioned but the cap was not the one I chose. I wrote an email to Alice Edwards telling she did nothing we agreed and calling her incompetent. When I look at the pictures again i even spotted damage on a beanie which was done correctly. So Alice send out damaged beanie and wrong colour baseball cap with 2 designs out of 3 embroidered wrong. Is she a competent person for the task then ? After all this my order was cancelled by Alice Edwards even they did the same cap for me before and which I really like. When I complained to the big boss Angus Mitchell. He sad I'm unreasonable and too demanding and they not going to do business with me.
How I'm unreasonable and how I'm too demanding . I only ask to do the design which they already did and it was great. How unprofessional is this ? We did that before but can't be done no more. What a sad joke this company, their workers and management is ?
This all nightmare took over the month and I had to wait another two weeks for my refund.
Avoid this company please . Avoid Alice Edwards and Angus Mitchell.

"Size mix-up, fixed quick"
Got the wrong size at first. Kinda annoying. But support jumped in fast. Sorted it out without much hassle. Happy in the end.

My logo turned out close to what I wanted, but a few of the colors and some of the spacing were a little off. I was also expecting a faster response, especially when trying to get the final details right.

I really liked how many choices they had for customizing my hoodie. Picking the colors, text, and logo was straightforward. It did take me a little while to decide, but that’s not really a complaint since it just meant there were a lot of good options. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out
"Fit Just Right"
I ordered my usual size it fit really well. I was ready to blame myself if it ended up too tight, but nope, it was actually just right. The sleeves were a good length too, which is always a win for me. Really happy with how it turned out

"Minimum order was flexible"
I only needed a small batch, and they didn’t make it awkward, at all. Their minimum order was way more flexible than a few other places I checked, which was a relief. It did take a little bit to confirm everything, but, overall, it worked out fine...

"Big order went smoothly"
I put in a fairly big order it all went smoother than I thought it would. This was one of those bulk things where you kind of expect something to get mixed up, but everything was organized, the sizes were packed right, and nothing seemed to be missing. I had one quick question about something and they got back to me fast. Delivery was around the time they said too. I’d definitely use them again for this kind of bulk order.

I got my custom shirts and, everything was pretty much how I ordered it. The sizes, colors, and print all seemed to match what I picked. There was one tiny detail that looked a little off to me, I think, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to worry about.

I ordered some custom hoodies and, i was expecting the usual back-and-forth and waiting around that comes with this kind of thing. I uploaded the design on Monday, and somehow the order was already in my hands by the end of the week. After dealing with so many slow services lately, it was a relief to have something just show up on time without needing to chase anyone. The hoodies came when they said they would and saved me a lot of stress.

"Reordering was easy, but a quick apology would’ve been nice"
I’ve ordered shirts from gocustomclothing before and needed the same ones again for our team, so I was relieved that the reorder process was really simple. They already had the old details saved, so I didn’t have to upload the design again or explain everything from scratch.
The shirts came out just like last time, which I appreciated, but there was a small delay in communication and I was kind of expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgment. Overall, it still saved me a lot of time and I’d probably use them again when we need more

"Honestly surprised by all the options"
I was kind of worried at first that the site might look good but end up being one of those places that disappoints, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had way more clothing choices than I expected, like hoodies, tees, and jackets, and everything was actually easy to find.

"Soft hoodie, happy with it overall"
I ordered a custom hoodie and I’m happy with it. The fabric is really soft and doesn’t feel scratchy at all, which I appreciate because I’ve had a few custom hoodies in the past that looked good but weren’t very comfortable. I’ve worn this one a handful of times now and it still feels nice. The fit was good too. It did take a little longer to arrive than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I like it.

I ordered a few custom tees from gocustomclothing.com, i was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had custom shirts before where the print looks a bit faded or cheap, but these came out really clear and the colours looked sharp. I washed one of them already just to see how it would hold up, and it still looks good to me. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out and I’d probably order from them again
